’Tis the season for family, shopping, baking, entertaining, and bustle. There is a lot of fun stuff happening. We all know that most of us mentally checked out by mid-December, and that’s ok! Everyone needs a holiday!

However, as business owners and professionals, the end of the year gives us a unique opportunity to REVIEW what we did over the last 12 months and hit REFRESH for the upcoming year.

It is easy to get pulled in many directions and let things happen to us rather than being deliberate...

...so when you find a quiet moment to yourself this month, thinking toward January, ask yourself what you need to STOP doing, START doing, and CONTINUE doing in your business to MOVE THE NEEDLE in 2019.

By simply deciding on our intentions we can hit the ground running with a renewed excitement and focus once the sugar cookie fog clears ;)
