Can Your Prospects Afford You?

Are you trying to sell Champagne to prospects who are on a beer budget?

When you are identifying your target markets, it is crucial to choose markets who will have the means to pay you what you’re worth.

Niche markets who can pay

If the people you are attracting genuinely cannot afford to pay you what you are worth and what you need to charge in order to be profitable, you need to identify niche markets who can.

Time to re-evaluate your price point

So many entrepreneurs I meet charge WAY less than what they should because they think that “saving their clients money” is going to be the thing that wins the game, and because the people they are calling on can’t afford to spend any more.

If you don’t charge enough to be profitable without working 24 hours a day, you will not be in business for very long, and many future prospects will never get to benefit from the amazing things you offer.

If this sounds like you, it’s time to revisit your niche markets and be honest with yourself - are you trying to sell champagne to prospects who are on a beer budget?

If you’ve already found your champagne clients...CHEERS to that!

If you’re not sure how to find them...now’s the time to join my Rethink Marketing program.
